概述

tp-dk5系列机床（隔离）变压器适用于交流50-60hz，一般输入额定电压不超过660v，输出额定电压不超过230v的电路中，作为各行各业的机械设备，一般电器的控制、照明和信号灯的电源之用。

tp-dk5系列变压器是引进德国Zui新型的变压器系列，在国内tp-dk3系列机床控制变压器基础上，进一步改进并优选国外Zui先进的接线端子结构，将端子与骨架结合在一起，提高了接线密集程度，并使防护等级提高到ip2lx，防止偶然触及电路，采用it冷压接线端子，增加了接线牢固性，可靠性。本系列变压器硅钢片与硅钢片之间，硅钢片与底板之间的联接均采用气体保护氩弧焊工艺，形成一个整体简捷明了。尤其是底板一次成型，使安装尺寸更为准确，精密，而采用优质防蚀合金材料，大大提高接地性能的可靠性，本系列变压器从外观到产品质量得到全面提高，产品符合gb5226，jb/t5555-2001，vde0550-1-3，en61558-1:1997，en61558-2-13:2000等有关国家、，并荣获欧共体"ce"认证，证书编号：lvd100607-01，可与国外产品互换使用。

初级次级绕组分开绕制，当次级只有一个绕组时，它担负变压器的全部额定容量，次级如兼有控制、照明及指示灯绕组时，则按各绕组容量分配分别绕制，对单绕组且有中间抽头的变压器其各中间抽头容量，皆小于变压器的额定容量，只有Zui高电压输出端可担负额定容量。
